Can’t pressure cause damages?

Absolutely! That’s why it’s important to hire a knowledgeable professional to use the correct methods on your investment. We use a variety of  different methods such as soft washing and pressure washing to get the job done in the most effective and efficient way possible while avoiding damages and water infiltration in unwanted places that can cause serious problems.

What is soft washing?

Soft washing is the process we use on more fragile materials such as siding and asphalt shingle in order to prevent any damages or accidental oxidation removal in the process that can be visually unpleasant. Our soft washing process relies on the use of our detergents to do the heavy lifting as opposed to blasting high pressure at the surface, causing all sorts of problems.

Do you use my water?

Yes. It is financially more ideal for the customer to let us use an on site water source vs. the cost we would have to add to haul water to the job. The cost added to a water bill is less than $3 to the property owner and equivalent to an extra 3 loads of laundry. 

How often should my property be cleaned?

It’s recommended that your property be cleaned at least once a year to keep the integrity and durability of the materials intact. Things like dirt, grime, organic growth and oxidation can degrade the surfaces of the materials and cause them to become brittle and break easily along with paint failure. Regular maintenance keeps your home in good standing while extending the life of materials and prevents you from making costly repairs a lot sooner than you should.
